We understand how exciting moving day can be. Whether you move in immediately or not, we ask that you carefully inspect your home, ideally on the same day, as identifying any issues early makes it easier for us to resolve them quickly. Report any snags to your regional customer service team, and during the first four weeks, the site team will manage these issues. After this period, our customer services team will coordinate the necessary repairs with the relevant trades.

If you have any questions which aren’t covered in our online resources, our dedicated customer services team will be happy to assist. You’ll also find useful information in your Home Warranty Guide, along with documentation from your warranty provider, so please take the time to review these documents.

For the first two years after legal completion, your new build warranty covers issues caused by faulty materials or workmanship. However, please note that damage caused by wear and tear or insufficient maintenance is not covered.
